This proposal describes a Phase I translational platform study evaluating hTSC-derived therapeutic candidates for liver cancer with metastases is around 5%. Using Spanios’ COMPASS 1 patient-derived tumoroid models, we will test Accelerated Biosciences’ commercial-grade human trophoblast stem cell platform with harmonized ex vivo testing for liver cancer. We already have preliminary data on one model and need to expand to 5 models so that we can use it directly to go for filing for Phase 1 trial with FDA. In future this exosome based therapeutics can be effective in multiple cancers and longevity.
