Direct-to-consumer genetic testing delivers results as static PDF reports that most users cannot interpret, and providers charge separately for consultation. This AI tool accepts uploaded reports from multiple providers and returns a filterable interface, literature-derived medical logic, health insights and an AI chat. One insight module estimates dental implant failure risk from DNA features reported to influence inflammation, bone metabolism and osseointegration. The aim of this project is to validate this module by comparing reports from patients with failed implants against patients with successfully osseointegrated implants, assessing discrimination after adjustment for smoking, diabetes and other established clinical risk factors. Additional modules — longevity, cardiometabolic, pharmacogenomic and nutritional — will be developed and validated separately.
