This project develops and tests drug-like peptide analogs of a published α2δ-1 decoy peptide as a selective, non-sedating analgesic for lumbosacral radiculopathy. Built with PeptAI, it runs from in-vitro target engagement to in-vivo efficacy and tolerability, benchmarked against a gabapentinoid comparator.
