Om Therapeutics is developing a STAT6 research program combining LULA predictions with experimental testing of small molecules. Our first objective is to define and run a focused screening campaign, evaluate reproducibility, and determine which compounds warrant further study. We will share the research rationale, experimental design, progress, and limitations here, and invite feedback on controls and validation methods.
