OX2R-004: Phase 1 Wet-Lab — Reference + Stabilised Variant (S1)

OX2R (the orexin-2 receptor) sits in the brain's arousal circuitry; receptor agonists of OX2R are being explored as a therapeutic route for ADHD via the orexin pathway.

This program enters Phase 1 wet-lab with a stabilised AI-designed ncAA variant (OX2R-004-S1), compared against its natural-AA parent OX2R-004 and the native ligand Orexin-B, evaluated at Adaptyv (BLI + OX1R counter-screen), Ginkgo (cAMP HTRF), and plasma-stability LC-MS.
