A collaborative research project to identify effective, evidence-based remedies for infantile colic. We begin from the current state of evidence — near-universal self-resolution by ~3 months, only L. reuteri DSM 17938 robustly supported (breastfed infants), and most treatments unproven or net-harmful — and aim to move the field toward subgroup phenotyping and objective (non-diary) crying measurement, matching the right intervention to the right infant.
